Get a Library Card

Any Mayes County resident is welcome to apply. Come by the library with your identification and proof of residency to apply.

Library cards expire every 3 years and must be updated with current information at such time.

Requirements

Persons age 18 or over may be issued a card by presenting a valid Oklahoma driver’s license or valid Oklahoma identification card along with proof of current residence.

Proof of residence may include:

• current utility bill
• voter’s registration card with current address
• auto insurance card with current address

Cards for Children

Cards are given to children who are able to write their name.

NOTE: Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for the return of all materials borrowed by their child.
