The library is open!

The library is back to normal operating hours. All the toys and chairs are back out and we now have 2 computers in the juvenile area dedicated to ABC Mouse. Also, our Summer Reading Program begins this week. We have goody bags for everyone who signs up.

The theme this year is Imagine Your Story. We’ve invited Robert Lewis, Cherokee National Treasure and an award-winning storyteller, author, and artist, to share some of his stories with us on June 25 a 10:30 am. Look for an event on our Facebook page to sign up.

Every week there will be a new activity at the library for participants to enjoy. All of the activities allow for social distancing. We’ve got the button machine fired up again this summer and have some pretty cool designs to go along with the weekly activities. So, come see us every week, check out some books, do an activity and grab a new button.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again.
